Call Up

Cadets fill out this form once a week to let their staff know whether they'll be attending the weekly meeting, and whether they need a test to fulfil promotion requirements.  Feel free to complete multiple weeks in advance.  If something comes up and you've already sent call up, just fill out the form again with the updated information!  Deadline to fill out this form each week is the Friday before the meeting.
